Habits
Your habits affect who you are. They define many of your actions and condition your responses to life’s ups and downs -- so the more good habits you have, the better. Consciously choosing to replace the thing you know you shouldn’t do with something good for you can change everything.

Some things you do are not bad in themselves - eating food is good but overeating and eating junk food as a response to stress misuses food. Your bad habits may not be obvious, they may just be time-wasters. Even a habit as small as procrastinating for 5 or 10 minutes between tasks is something that could add up to an hour each day, 7 hours a week, 28 hours a month, 336 hours a year. That’s an extra two weeks annually!

Listed below are just a few of the common problems that plague people and limit their satisfaction in life

Excess Weight
This is one of the most difficult problems for many of us because it is related to our emotions. You can get your emotions in order by being in control of your mind and providing it with positive direction.

Smoking
Stop ruining your health and wasting your money by smoking. Don't be one of the half million Americans who die from cigarette smoking each year. It's time to start living a better life.

Alcohol Abuse
Each year, alcohol abuse affects 10 million people in the United States alone, and destroys millions of families along the way. This habit can be eliminated permanently.

Negative Thinking
We are all born as positive thinkers. If you're not thinking positively now, it is only because you have been programmed to think negatively. You can reverse that process now.
