Individual Treatment System
   This part of the program addresses the various individual behavioral and psychological problems the children in the program are experiencing.

Group Treatment System
   The aim of this component is to control amd eliminate problem behaviors caused by peer influences.

Transfer of Treatment System
   We need to insure that behavior changes transfer from the classroomm setting to other classrooms, the home, the bus, etc. This component accomplishes that.

Staff & Parent Training
   We provide our own materials and training to help parents and staff manage disruptive behavior in the classroom and at home.

Community Involvement Activities
   I.B.E. will enlist the aid of communityy services agencies for support and input into the program.

School Ownership
   I.B.E. operates the program for three years and then it is turned over to the local district. Your district will then have a well dwsigned, effective and experienced behavioral treatment program with a thoroughly tained staff.

Research Services
   We conduct ongoing efficacy studies of the treatment program to assess the the bevavioral and academic gains made by individual students.
